Here's a summary of some ExView Daily Reports...

• Scott Glenn's daily reports appear every day.
• DJ Tang's reports for Aug 11 and 14 describing more fun on the Knorr.
• Jim Moum posted a nice set of slides of Oceanus progress on Aug 7.
  Jim's reports on Aug. 12, 13, and 15 with some graphics and explanations of the (named!) waves they are observing are also online.
• Dezhang Chu contributed a report on August 7th from Oceanus on the Profiling High-Frequency Broadband Acoustic Backscattering System (HFBABS)
  Karen Fisher contributed several photos of internal waves.
• Frank Henyey's photos, figures and text reports from the Endeavor on Aug 10, 12, 13, and 16 are there.
  They include a description of coordinated experiments with the Oceanus.
• Paul Hines provided a report on the Quest swath on July 28. Cindy Sellers plotted up a bunch of the Quest CTD and XBT data collected in July and has posted it to the site.
• Jeff Sutton posted spectra from the Quest DIFAR Sonobuoys on July 31.
• Bill Plant has submitted reports on August 14 and 16 with examples of raw data from the Sky Master.


• Acoustics schedules of deployed and planned sources (additional acoustics password required)


• The Miami Sound Machine, NRL300, and NRL500 sources are confirmed singing by dangling a hydrophone off the deck of the Knorr during Voyage 183 (deployment).


• A Rutgers Glider towing a URI hydrophone confirms sources are still singing midway through the experiment. (Aug19)
  Sound file doesn't help too much since sources are in the noise but spectrogram (pdf file) clearly shows them.
